Trigo is committed to connecting with people using the art of baking international goodies using some of the best quality and locally sourced ingredients. Pastry Chef Alexa Toledo Martínez is behind this project with more than 6 years in the industry and a professional and passionate trajectory creating new and unforgettable experiences through her baking.
