Carlisle Amlak is a Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner, Pancha Karma Detoxification Specialist, Certified Herbalist, Sai Shakti Healer and Yoga Teacher. Specializing in digestive health, detoxification and women's care with a focus on fertility and conscious conception. She has studied these ancient practices for over 20 years. Receiving training from the University of Natural Medicine, the California College of Ayurveda,  American Institute of Vedic Studies,  Arya Academy in Pune, India and the East West School of Herbology. She has also completed yoga teachers training with the Himalayan Institute, Universal Yoga and Pranakriya Yoga. Well versed in the Vedic tradition and dedicated to upholding the true teachings of the yogic philosophy and application in the modern world. Her on-going inspiration comes from consistent practice and dedication to the teachings of Sri Kaleshwar whose blessings have continued to open her heart and soul to the truth of the Divine teachings offered to us daily in our experience in Creation
She has been given a unique opportunity to share these teachings throughout the continental US as well as throughout Europe, China,  India, the Caribbean and South America. After owning and operating a Wellness Center in St Croix, US Virgin Islands for 8 years, she and her two children moved to Puerto Rico where she looks forward to continue learning, growing and sharing in the rich beauty of the island. Carlisle currently offers Pancha Karma Programs currently in St Croix. 

During your session we will discuss diet, nutrition, sleep support, movement therapies, breathwork, herbs and daily practices that can address a wide range of issues from digestive imbalance, stress, sleep irregularity, immune support, hormonal balance, fertility, nervous system support,  healthy weight management and more. This is ideal for those looking for personalized care that are ready to take action in positive steps towards balanced living. For acute imbalance single sessions can be booked while for those with chronic conditions 3-6 months of care may be recommended upon evaluation.  Intake paperwork will be shared at your first visit.
